Ingredients
- 1.2 c. grated or shredded squash (yellow or green), drain 10 minutes after grating
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 /4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together in a large bowl until blended. Drop by large teaspoonfuls in hot frying pan that is covered with a tablespoon of oil. Turn when brown. Fry both sides and serve.
