- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup low-fat milk
- 4-5 fresh strawberries, chopped
