Ingredients
- 2 C mashed potatoes with milk & butter
- 1 egg
- 1 TB chives
- 1 tsp parsley
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic
- 1/8 pepper
- 1/4 C parmesan cheese
- all purpose flour
- ALL SPICES ARE OPTIONAL
- serve with apple sauce to sour cream to dip
Preparation
Step 1
mix mashed potatoes , cheese, egg, & 3 TB flour
form into patties
lightly coat patties in flour
fry for 3 min on each side
after patties are formed you can place them on a sheet in the freezer. when they are partially frozen place in ziplock and freeze for up to 4 months
