Use these edits: 15 minutes is plenty. you can also add a little dry wine (red or white)instead of balsamic vinegar, and throw in a chopped shallot or two just for fun. Use some Worcestershire sause

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 3 pounds button mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms. Saute for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
