Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
- 3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. dried celery flakes
- 1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- Additional ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 5 ingredients. Store in airtight container.
To make rice: In a saucepan, saute rice in the butter until lightly browned. Add water and about 1/4 cup seasoning mix. bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
