Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pound blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- Iceberg lettuce

Preparation
Step 1
1. In the bowl or food processor, add mayonnaise, about 3/4 of the blue cheese, the sour cream and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl, and add the remaining blue cheese, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve over wedges of iceberg lettuce.
