Ingredients

  • 1

    cup mayonnaise

  • 1

    pound blue cheese, crumbled

  • ½

    cup sour cream

  • ¾

    cup heavy cream

  • 2

    tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1

    teaspoon lemon zest

  • 2

    teaspoons kosher salt

  • teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

  • Iceberg lettuce

Directions

1. In the bowl or food processor, add mayonnaise, about 3/4 of the blue cheese, the sour cream and lemon juice. Process until smooth. 2. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl, and add the remaining blue cheese, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve over wedges of iceberg lettuce.
