Glazed Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups nuts
  • 1 c sugar
  • 5 T water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Toast nuts in oven for 8 minutes. Mix and cover remaining ingredients and bring to a boil to soft ball stage. DO NOT cook too long. Pour over nuts and let cool.
