Ingredients
- 12 pieces white bread, cubed
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 c. raspberries
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/2 c. heavy cream for topping
- 1/2 c. white sugar mixed with 1 t. cinnamon

Step 1
Prepare this dish 12 hours before serving: Spray a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan with nonstick baking spray. Layer bread cubes in pan. Sprinkle cream cheese, blueberries and raspberries on top of bread cubes. In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and baking powder into well mixed. Pour over bread and cheese mixture, and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Pour 1/2 c. heavy cream over chilled bread/ cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mixture and bake for 45 min. or until a knife come out clean. Cut into desired numbers of pieces and serve.
