Ingredients

1 head of cauliflower
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 heavy cream
1 t. garlic powder
1 c. shredded Mexican cheese
Paprika
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Break cauliflower apart and steam for 10 minutes.

Heat cream cheese, cream, cheese, garlic powder until melted. Pour over cauliflower and fold in well. Spread mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
