Ingredients
- 3 16 ounce cans pork and beans in tomato sauce, lightly drained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 4 slices bacon, partially cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients, except bacon, in a 9x13 baking dish. Partially cook bacon - I put it on paper towel and cook them in the microwave. Lay bacon strips on top.
Bake in 350 oven for 1 hr 15 min
Calories = 127 per 1/2 cup, without bacon
Bacon = 53 calories per strip
