Ingredients
- TACO MEAT:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
- SALAD:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 1 avacado, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 cup black olives, sliced or cut in wedges
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup sliced green onions
- 3/4 lb shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- SAUCE:
- 1 (7-oz) can diced green chilies
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup dairy sour cream
- TORTILLA CHIPS
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare Taco meat filling using ground beef and taco seasoning mix, using instructions on package.
2. Using individual plates, arrange torn lettuce on plates. Top with taco meat, then beans, olives, green onions, and tomatoes. Surround with avocado slices. Top with shredded cheese.
Serve sauce on side or pour over top of salad.
Serve with tortilla chips.
