Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (cut in 1/8’s) Progresso
- 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom sup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 can mushrooms drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Cheddar cheese (grated)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cooked spinach, soup garlic lemon and mushrooms. (Also add cheddar cheese to taste). Place hearts on bottom of casserole. Pour above mixture on top. Combine mayonnaise sour cream and pour over spinach. Mix top with more cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degree for 30 minutes.
