Ingredients
- Ginger:
- 1 C. flour
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tbsp. sake
- 1 C. water
- (dressing)
- 2 tsp. rice white sweet Mirin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 ginger root
- 1 tbsp. sake (rice wine)
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Sift the first two ingredients and mix the next three. Blend altogether. Fry at 350 degree for 3 minutes.
