Ingredients

  • Ginger:
  • 1 C. flour
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp. sake
  • 1 C. water
  • (dressing)
  • 2 tsp. rice white sweet Mirin
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 ginger root
  • 1 tbsp. sake (rice wine)
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Sift the first two ingredients and mix the next three. Blend altogether. Fry at 350 degree for 3 minutes.
