Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. finely grated carrots
  • 1 8-oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix eggs, cooking oil, carrots together and add to dry ingredients. Beat well.

Bake in 2 layers at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Ice with cream cheese icing.
