Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 4 lg. eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 8 oz. pkg. frozen tart shells
- Whipped Cream

Step 1
Whisk together sugar, flour, eggs, and milk in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, 10 min. or until a chilled pudding-like thickness. Remove from heat; stir in coconut and vanilla.
Cover and chill 6 to 24 hours.
Bake shells according to package directions and cool completely. (Don't overcook them).
Spoon custard into tart shells. Dollop with whipped cream, sprinkle with coconut.
