    packages 7 oz coconut

    cup flour

    tsp salt

    can (14 oz) condensed milk

  • cup canned cream of coconut (not coconut milk)

    TBSP vanilla

  • ¼

    tsp almond extract

    cup semisweet cho chips

  • 1

    TBSP vegetable oil


Heat oven to 350. Sprinkle 1 cup of coconut on cooke sheet. Bake 5 to 7 minutes Cool In large blow, mix flour, salt totasted coconut and remianing coconut. In a med bowl, mix milk cream of coconut,, vanillas, almond extract and egg. Pour milk mixture over coconut mixture. STir until well blended. On cookie sheet (lined with foil or parchment paper, drop mixture by tablespoons about 2 inchec apart. Bake 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown (cookies will be soft in center) immediately slide foil with cookies on a cooling rack. Cool completely about30 minutes. In a 1 aurter saucepan, heat choc chips and oil. Drizzle cho over the cookies. Let stand 20 minu This part is optional.
