Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Tequila
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate the shrimp for 1-2 hours in garlic, oil, and tequila. Bo more than 10 minutes before putting the shrimp in the frying pan, stir in the lime juice. Drain the shrimp and fry in the hot frying pan, just til pink and cooked through. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
