Garlic Dill Shrimp

Ingredients
- 24 large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh Dill
- 5 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup toasted Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Put olive oil, dill, garlic, red pepper flakes and pepper in a bowl and mix.
Add shrimp and coat then refrigerate for 4 hours.
After marinating shrimp put them in a baking dish, cover and bake at 300F for 15 minutes.
Turn shrimp and drizzle with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered for 5 to 10 more minutes.
