Ingredients

    large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • ¼

    cup olive oil

  • cup chopped fresh Dill

  • 5

    garlic cloves (minced)

  • ½

    teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • ¼

    teaspoon black pepper

  • ½

    cup melted butter

  • ½

    cup toasted Italian breadcrumbs

  • ½

    cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Put olive oil, dill, garlic, red pepper flakes and pepper in a bowl and mix. Add shrimp and coat then refrigerate for 4 hours. After marinating shrimp put them in a baking dish, cover and bake at 300F for 15 minutes. Turn shrimp and drizzle with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 to 10 more minutes.
