- 1/2 Tsp. yeast
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1 Cup Milk
- 6 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Eggs

Step 1
Melt the butter
Warm the milk and proof the yeast in in for 5 minutes
Combine, milk, yeast, and butter
Beat the Eggs
Gently combine all the ingredients. Add additional milk or beer to loosen the batter. It is seems too thick. Batter should be thick, but not stiff.
