Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- One 1 lb. 13 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 8oz. Can tomato sauce
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1/4 t. Garlic salt
- 8 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
- 1 6 oz. pkg. monzarella cheese
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- Grated Parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef, drain
Add tomatoes, sauce, spaghetti mix and garlic salt
Bring mixture to boiling; simmer uncovered about 10 minutes
Place half the noodles in a baking dish
Cover with 1/3 of the sauce
Add half of the cheese
Then a 1/2c. Cottage cheese
Repeat layers with noodles, one third of the sauce, rest of cheese, 1/2 c. Cottage cheese and end with sauce
Top with 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
Let stand 10 in mutes
