Ingredients
- 1 pound confectioners sugar
- 5 TB meringue powder or 5 egg whites
- 1/2 C water
- 2 TB lemon juice
- add coloring to small batches
- add sugar to thicken
Preparation
Step 1
mix all ingredients
icing should be thick and not runny
place in piping bag
use number 2 tip for decorating and lining
use number 3 tip for coloring in
you can also draw shapes on wax paper and allow icing to harden over night then apply the shapes to cakes, cupcakes, etc..
