Ingredients
- 3 lbs small red potatoes
- 8 cups boiling water
- 1 ½ cups morton kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Add potatoes and salt to water. Simmer for 20-30 minutes until tender. Drain and place on rack to cool and dry.
Melt 1 stick of butter. Add 2 tablespoons minced chives and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Drizzle over potatoes and serve
