Spicy Corn

Ingredients

• frozen sweet corn apx 3 cups
• yellow onion 1/2 finely chopped
• red onion 1/2 finely chopped
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• 1 tsp basil

Preparation

Step 1

cook diced onion until almost clear
add corn & cook until lightly brown
add seasoning


best if cooked in drippings of bacon or beef

put louisiana hot sauce & lime juice on table for topping
