Ingredients
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- chocolate chips

Mix together so it is a tad crumbly but rolls into a little ball in your hand.
Melt chocolate chips in a bowl and dip the balls in the chocolate. Place the dipped balls on a cookie sheet and freeze - overnight, or appx 2 hours.
I usually double the recipe.
I have been making these with my momma since I was I don't know how old! I find the choc chips vary. I probably use about a cup, however I just pour some in a bowl and melt them - You can't put too many in the bowl or they won't all melt evenly and it gets burnt. So I usually just start out with half a bowl full, and spread them out in the bowl as much as I can and pop it in the microwave for about 2 mins and then stir and judge if it needs more time - then see how many balls you can get covered and if you need to melt more just repeat.
