Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 C flour
  • 1 C sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 C pecans (good with almonds too)
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour and baking powder twice.

Mix all dry ingredients. Fold in milk and beaten egg.

Stand 25 minutes.

Cook for 45 minutes in 350 °F
