Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 cup pumpkin 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 2 eggs 1 tsp ginger
• 1/2 c granulated sugar 1/2 + 1/8 tsp nutmeg
• 1/4 c packed brown sugar 1/2 c milk
• 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 + 1/3 cup evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine eggs and pumpkin, blend in sugar, salt, spices. Add milk and mix well.

Bake 400 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
