Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (italian, breakfast or even ham instead)
- 10 medium Russet potatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Frozen veggie
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cube potatoes, cover with water (or chicken broth) in a pot and boil until soft (15-20 minutes). Meanwhile, brown sausage and onions. Stir sausage and onions into potatoes in pot (do not drain liquid). Stir in cheese until melted. Enjoy!
