EGG CUSTARD PIE

Ingredients

• 1/2 stick margarine
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teasp vanilla flavoring
• 1/2 cup self rising flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the margarine in large pyrex dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour into melted margarine. bake at 350* for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes own crust.
