- 1 sheet of puff pastry, defrosted
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- evoo
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 package boursin cheese with herbs

Preparation
Step 1
1) preheat oven to 425
2) in large sauté pan heat a quarter sized portion of evoo over md heat
3)pat breasts dry and season with salt and pepper; brown breasts on both sides til golden.
4)remove chicken to a plate to cool. meanwhile; cut pastry into 4 equal squares
5) divide cheese into 4 portions and place a dollop on each pastry. top with chicken breast and a little bit of minced garlic
6) fold pastry around chicken to encase it
7) place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 20 minutes.
