Ingredients
- 3 carrots cut up (peeled - or use baby carrots instead)
- 3 potatoes cut up (peeled)
- 2 lbs stew meat cut in 1-1/2 inch cubes
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic (or just a little garlic powder)
- 1 bay leaf (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 or more onions, quartered (take the skins off)
- 1 stalk celery with tops, cut up (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients in crockpot in the order listed. Stir just enough to mix spices. Cover and set to low for 10-12 hours (high 5-6 hours).
