Ingredients

  • Optional:
  • 10-20 flour tortillas
  • 2 cans diced/chopped green chilies
  • 2 cans (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bunch of green onions, diced
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2-3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • Mushrooms
  • Olives

Preparation

Step 1

Combine green chilies, cream of chicken soup, green onions, sour cream, and chicken. Mix well. Shred cheese. In a 9.5x13" casserole dish, add approx. 1 cup of the mixture. Spread evenly.

In flour tortillas, wrap approx. 1/3 cup mixture with sprinkle of both cheeses. Place in casserole dish until full. Top with remaining mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cook an additional 10 min uncovered.
