Russian Oil Dressing

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 1 T. fresh lemon juice
• 1 T. water
• 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 3/4 c. oil
• 2 T. chili sauce
• 1/4 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all, except oil. Shake well. Add oil and shake until creamy. Add chili sauce and sugar. Refrigerate.
