    cup fine dry bread crumbs

    Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • ¼

    tsp oregano leaves, crushed

  • Dash of garlic powder

  • Dash of pepper

  • 1

    pkg boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1

    can cream of chicken soup

  • ½

    cup milk

  • Paprika


Combine crumbs, 2 Tbsp Parmesan, oregano, garlic, and pepper. Roll chicken in mixture. Arrange in 2 quart shallow baking dish (12x8x2"). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. Turn chicken, bake 20 min more. Meanwhile, blend soup and milk; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and remaining Parmesan. Bake 20 min more or until chicken is tender. Arrange chicken on platter. Stir sauce; pour over chicken.
