- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- approx. 1/2 cup flour
- salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. mix eggs and water
2. add flour, salt & pepper/should be the consistancy of pancake batter
3. let stand for a half hour or more
4. add to hot soup
