cup Fresh Bing Cherries -- pitted
cup Kirsch (clear cherry brandy)
cup Ice Cubes
tablespoons Courvoisier Cognac
cup Orange Curacao
tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
tablespoon Cherry Liqueur
1. Combine cherries, Kirsch cherry brandy, and sugar in medium bowl; stir to blend. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Cover and chill. 2. Chill 2 martini glasses in freezer at least 2 hours. 3. Combine ice, Cognac, orange curacao, lemon juice and cherry liqueur in cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into chilled glasses. Garnish with brandied cherries.
