Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 md Fuji Apple -- chopped
- 1 cup Cucumber -- chopped
- 1/4 cup Red Onion -- diced
- 1/4 cup Grapes -- halved
- 7 ounces Pink Salmon Pouch
- 8 ounces Spring Mix Salad Greens
- 1/2 cup Cashew Halves

Step 1
1. In bowl, whisk together salad dressing, sour cream and mayonnaise until creamy. Add the apple, cucumber, onion and grapes. Gently flake and fold in salmon; set bowl aside.
2. Evenly divide salad greens among four plates and top with salmon mixture. Garnish each plate with 2 T cashews.
