Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 1 md Fuji Apple -- chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber -- chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion -- diced
  • 1/4 cup Grapes -- halved
  • 7 ounces Pink Salmon Pouch
  • 8 ounces Spring Mix Salad Greens
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Halves

Preparation

Step 1

1. In bowl, whisk together salad dressing, sour cream and mayonnaise until creamy. Add the apple, cucumber, onion and grapes. Gently flake and fold in salmon; set bowl aside.

2. Evenly divide salad greens among four plates and top with salmon mixture. Garnish each plate with 2 T cashews.
