Chicken in Golden Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, and pepper. Dust the chicken in the mixture and place in a buttered pyrex dish. Pour melted butter over top of the chicken and bake for 20 min at 375 degrees. Turn chicken over and bake for another 20 minutes. Pour undiluted soup over top of chicken and bake for another 20 minutes.

***Modification: During last 5-10 minutes of cooking, top with French fried onions and bake until golden brown.
