Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb bulk italian sausage
- 1 can (28 oz) tomatoes undrained
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 medium carrotts chopped
- 1 water
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 0z) tomato paste
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Hot cooked spaghetti.
Preparation
Step 1
Cook hamburger and sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, drain.
Transfer to 5 qt slow cooker. Stir in tomatoes, green pepper, onion, carrotts, water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, brown sugar, italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Serve with spaghetti.
