Ingredients

  • 4 tbs butter
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 pound spaghetti or fusili
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a small bowl beat eggs and yolks
2. Stir in 1/2 grated cheese.
3. Pour cream into pan with bacon and 1/2 bacon fat
4. Cook pasta. Stir the butter into well drained spaghetti.
5. Add cream and bacon while still hot add eggs and stir well.
6. Season and serve with cheese.
