Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 large green peppers, chopped
  • 3 red tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 green onions (stems, too), chopped
  • 12 oz creamy Italian salad dressing
  • 1-1/2 oz Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 3 oz grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Break spaghetti into 1 inch pieces and cook according to directions on package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add green peppers, tomatoes, and green onions. Mix in salad dressing, salad seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. This will now be an orange-colored mixture. Chill well. Mixture improves if it stands a few hours before serving. Keeps 2 days.
