Honey-Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup prof Hired mustard
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

In 1-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients. Over medium heat, heat mixture to boiling, stirring. Serve sauce with baked ham, frankfurters, corned beef, or knackwurst. Makes about 2 cups. About 145 calories per 1/4 cup.
