Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp soda

Preparation

Step 1

Soften butter to room temp. Mix with peanut butter in mixer. Add both sugars and blend well. Add eggs and beat well. In separate bowl stir together flour, salt and soda. Stir into peanut butter batter. Form into small balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten with a fork in criss-cross pattern. Bake at 375 degrees 10 or 15 minutes.
