  • 2 HEADS FRESH BROCCOLI, CHOPPED
  • 1 HEAD FRESH CAULIFLOWER, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED RED PEPPER
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
  • 1/2 CUP RED ONION, CHOPPED
  • 1/2 CUP GREEN OLIVES
  • 1 CUP TOMATOES, CHOPPED
  • 1 CUP REDUCED-FAT SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, SHREDDED
  • 1 CUP REDUCED-FAT RANCH DRESSING
