Orange Cookies

Ingredients

• Mix together in order:
• 1 C. milk + 1Tbs. white vinegar Let stand for 1 hour.
• 1 C. Sugar
• 1 C. Butter
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp. Baking Soda
• Milk Mixture
• 1 sm. Can Orange Juice Concentrate
• 5 C. Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Bake for 10 minutes. These are a cake like cookie. When they cool ice with:

Mix 1 box Powdered Sugar, Orange Juice and butter until the right consistency.
