- 2 LARGE GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
- 3/4 TEASPOON CAJUN SEASONING

Step 1
IN LARGE NONSTICK SKILLET COATED WITH COOKING SPRAY, SAUTE' BROCCOLI IN OIL UNTIL CRISP TENDER, ADDING GARLIC AND CREOLE SEASONING DURING LAST 2 MINUTES OF COOKING.
IN PLACE O CAJUN SEASONING:
1/4 TSP SALT
GARLIC POWDER
PAPRIKA
PINCH OF DRIED THYME
GROUND CUMIN
CAYENNE POWDER
