Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tble soft margarine
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c sour milk or buttermilk
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 3 c finely diced fresh rhubarb
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combne sugar, salt, and margarine; add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift and add dry ingredients with sour milk; fold in rhubarb. Bake for 20 to 25 mintues at 375 degrees. Be careful not to overbake.
