Ingredients
- for 9" pie pan
- beat slightly 3 eggs
- add 3 tbsp milk
- mix and stir in 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- Mix in 4 cups cup-up rhubarb
- for 8" pie pan
- beat slightly 2 eggs
- add 2 tbsp milk
- mix and stir in 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- mix in 3 cups rhubarb
Preparation
Step 1
Make pastry for two-crust pie of desired.
Pour ingredients into pastry-lined pie pan
Dot with 1 Tbsp butter for 9 in and 2 tsp for 8 in
Bake at 400 degrees until nicely browned for 50 - 60 minutes.
