Cherry Suprise Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c. oil
• 1 c. sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 c. flour
• 1 can cherry pie filling
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar and oil, add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each, add rest of ingredients, beat 4 minutes at number 3 speed. Pour half of the batter in greased and flour loaf pan, 9x13 inch. Add half sugar and cinnamon mixture. Add 1 can pie filling. Add rest of the batter and the rest of sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake at 325, 45 to 50 minutes.
