Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, no skin, cut into bite size pieces
- Season with salt, pepper and Tony's
- 1 can cream of chicken soup plus 1 can milk
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Spray large skillet with Pam. Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper with the chicken until vegetables are tender, and chicken is slightly browned. Add soup, tomatoes and milk. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over rice.
